Who are your favorite literary couples? There are a lot of romances in literature.
Benedick and Beatrice happen to be a favorite pair of mine. Shakespeare did a nice job with them. I also like Meg and Calvin O'Keefe from Madeline L'Engle's works. Polgara and Durnik of the Eddings worlds. Grey and Ivy as well as Jolie and Parry from Piers Anthony.
